Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate recently announced the addition of a new broker duo to its Reno team, Casey Prostinak and Landon Gonzalez, who will focus on office, industrial and investment properties. Prostinak and Gonzalez are lifelong friends who hail from Northern Nevada. They have been involved in over 420 transactions, consisting of over 1.8 million square feet of real estate, and nearly $140 million in total lease and sale value, according to a Dec. 16 press release.

“We believe our complementary skillsets, diverse backgrounds and friendship will allow us to provide significant value to our clients as we merge into a strategic team,” the duo said in a statement. “Combined with LOGIC’s culture and brand, we are confident that this synergy will accelerate the success of our clients and team.” Prostinak was previously a Senior Advisor with SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates in Reno, specializing in office, industrial, and investment property. Prior to SVN, he worked for various startup companies in the region, as well as a real estate technology company. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. Gonzalez was most recently with Colliers Reno, where he spent six years honing his commercial real estate experience before recently achieving the title of Vice President.
