duly appointed and qualified by the aboveentitled
Court as the Personal Representative
of the Estate of Michael (Mike) Metkovich. All
Creditors having claims against the Estate
are required to file their claims with the
Second Judicial District Court, in and for

within sixty (60) days after the first publication
of this notice.
