Notice is given that Marilee J. Brodie is the
Trustee of the Nancy Ann Brodie Revocable Living
Trust, dated July 3, 2001. The Grantor of that
Trust was Nancy Ann Brodie. Nancy Ann Brodie
died on June 10, 2022. At the time of her death,
Nancy Ann Brodie’s mailing address was 2775
Ramona Road, Reno, NV 89511. The last four
(4) digits of Nancy Ann Brodie’s Social Security
Number are 3817.
A creditor having a claim against Decedent’s Estate
must file a claim against the Trust with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the first publication of this notice.
