DCG Industrial Team announced the opening. The park was developed by Locus Development Group.
According to a press release, the park should be completed by the second quarter of 2023. The project will include two 50,450 square foot Class A industrial flex buildings with suites divisible to 6,250-plus square feet.
Each building will offer high visibility showroom and office space taking full advantage of the McCarran Boulevard frontage with over 27,000 passing vehicles per day.
The location is just minutes away from Interstate 80, Interstate 580, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
Each suite will include a tenant allowance for a build-to-suit office/showroom and warehouse space inclusive of 24-feet clear height, 12-feet by 14-feet grade level motorized overhead doors, and motion sensor LED lighting.
DCG’s Industrial Team, Joel Fountain, SIOR, Nick Knecht, and Baker Krukow will represent Locus Development on all leasing operations.
