Allison MacKenzie announced Jim Cavilia has joined the board of directors for the Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada.
Cavilia has served as an attorney for Allison MacKenzie since 1992, where his areas of practice include real estate development law, land use, real property, business law and water right law. Cavilia is a member of several professional organizations including the Washoe County Bar Association, First Judicial District Bar Association, and the State Bar of Nevada.
A native Nevadan, he is dedicated to his community through his participation in organizations such as St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School and the Boys and Girls Club of Western Nevada.
As a board member of the Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Cavilia will aid the nonprofit in their mission, and work with other members to provide vision, leadership, volunteerism, and strategic planning.
