Andicoechea graduated with her Master of Arts in History in May of 2022 from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2018. As a public historian, she demonstrates her passion for the humanities, accessibility, and community outreach. She has diverse experience as an art educator, curator, and social media manager.
Moreno will be responsible for fiscal management and administrative support. She will lead the Nevada Arts Council fiscal office in biennial budget preparation, annual budget and grant monitoring, reconciliation, maintenance, and reporting. She will assist with the development, implementation, and communication of the agency and division policies and procedures, internal controls, recruitment, staff onboarding, and agency policy training. She is also based out of the Carson City office.
Moreno, a Carson City native, has been in state service since 2007 honing her skills in the auditing and accounting fields. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and a certified internal auditor. Her years of experience as a state auditor have given her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of fiscal accounting, internal controls, and state and federal guidelines.
