NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
undersigned is the duly appointed and
qualified Successor Trustee of the MILBURN
R. SMITH AND PEGGY J. SMITH FAMILY
TRUST dated November 5, 1987 (the “Trust”).
PEGGY J. SMITH, the Trustor of the Trust,
died on February 6, 2022. Any creditor having
a claim against the Trustor and/or against
the Trust estate must file their claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
