Chase International recently welcomed six new Realtors to its Northern California and Nevada offices: John Galea, Amanda Richey, Terry Laymance, Christopher Appling, Christine Estep, and Andrea Reynolds.

For 37 years, Galea owned and operated the ‘local’s favorite’ Tahoe Keys Deli in South Lake Tahoe. During that time, he learned the definition of good old-fashioned hard work, running his business 90 hours a week.

He attributes his success to his relentless passion for never giving up, respects his team and customers, and does whatever it takes to earn their trust. As a realtor, Galea continues to apply the same business mantra, providing the highest level of integrity and service.

Terry Laymance

From that point forward, Galea provides only the most appropriate options to help his clients make the right decisions through the agency’s South Lake Tahoe office.

Richey is a true local who is impassioned with the opportunity to help her clients enjoy the lifestyle that she treasures every day. It is a mission instilled by her father and realtor, Greg Rankin, whose appreciation of living and selling the mountain way of life defined his success.

Fortunately for Richey, and her clients, she has shadowed her father and learned the business from the ground up. For years she orchestrated his compassionate and comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives that she delivers on behalf of her clients today.

Educated, engaged and full of energy and local advice, Richey can be contacted through Chase International’s Incline Village office.

Christine Estep

For over four decades, Laymance has exceeded her clients’ expectations as a broker, realtor, and property manager throughout Lake Tahoe. Within that time, she has become one of the region’s most sought-after advisors for first-time homeowners to the most discretionary investor. The loyalty she has attained throughout her career is just the beginning of what makes working with Laymance an exceptional experience.

Throughout Appling’s dynamic life, he has always had one motivation in mind: he cares about who he is representing. This sentiment is why Appling has led such a successful path in life.

Appling feels fortunate to have worked with some of America’s most prestigious golf clubs as a PGA professional backed with highly advanced certifications.

Christopher Appling

From the Kuki’o Golf and Beach Club in Hawaii to the shores of Pebble Beach in the hills of Orinda in California to his backyard at the prestigious Clear Creek Tahoe development as its director of membership, Appling has provided only the highest level of services for the most discretionary clientele.

His father was a realtor who shared his successful service-focused philosophy which is iconic of Appling’s style today through Chase International’s Reno office.

Estep’s client-focused career as a personal fitness trainer has prepared her well for her real estate career today. She has gained a particular set of characteristics, those that mirror her business style include exceptional communication skills, reliability, and persistence to achieve her clients’ needs and desires.

In addition to her clients’ personal and financial requirements, Estep can offer substantial advice about the region’s endless assets as she was raised throughout the Reno and Lake Tahoe region. Dedicated and a delight to have by your side, Estep can be contacted through Chase International’s Sparks office.

Andrea Reynolds

Down to earth and up for any challenges that may come her way, Reynolds has an intrinsic ability to make the process of buying or selling real estate a very effortless experience through Chase International’s Tahoe City office. She has owned her own real estate firm and is a broker and realtor who works hard for all involved.
