Shawn Jaenson
NAIOP Northern Nevada is pleased to announce that Shawn Jaenson was named 2022 NAIOP Corporate Developing Leader of the Year.
Jaenson, senior vice president of Kidder Mathews and NAIOP Northern Nevada member, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties.
He has served 9 years as a U.S. Navy Seal, and in his short time as a broker, has transactioned over 270 deals totaling over $450 million. He was also recently awarded the Rising Star Broker of the Year at the 2022 Northern Nevada Summit Awards.
Established in 2006, the annual award honors exceptional professionals under the age of 35 for their commercial real estate leadership, outstanding professional accomplishments, and significant community involvement. The winners were recognized during NAIOPs CRE Converge in Chicago.
