RUTH STEFFENSON
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned,
attorney for Diana Albiniano, is the
duly appointed and qualified Trustee of The
Howerton Steffenson 2015 Revocable Living
Trust Dated August 12, 2015. The Grantor/
Settlor, Irene Linda Howerton, of the Trust,
died on July 9, 2021 and the Grantor/Settlor,
Ruth Steffenson, died on August 13, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or either Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
