Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the Evans Family Trust dated October 24, 2003, as amended. On February 2, 2014, Lois M. Evans passed away, and on August 13, 2022, John A. Evans passed away. All creditors having claims against Lois M. Evans or John A. Evans, or the Evans Family Trust dated October 24, 2003, as amended, must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within 90 days after the mailing or the date of first publication (as the case may be) od this notice.
