Ann Silver, CEO of the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce has announced two promotions in the non-profit: Connor Naisbitt, formerly director of operations has been promoted to vice president, operations and membership and Kristine Caliger, formerly director of member engagement has assumed the role of vice president of Chamber Partners and Programs.
Both are graduates of the University of Nevada, Reno and have demonstrated commitment to the growth of the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce and its consistent ability to advocate for and inform and connect members of all sizes and varied industries.
Naisbitt joined the Chamber in 2016 and has grown new member engagement and retention. He recently operated BIZ BALL at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center and will maintain responsibility for soliciting new Chamber members, providing enhanced member benefits, and coordinating the monthly networking activities that draw large and diverse participants.
Caliger joined the team in 2020 and has engaged members in the “CHAMBER EDU” series, webinars, “HR Bootcamp,” “Non-profit bootcamp,” and “CIVICS 101” while adding several new Chamber partners that collaborate on sponsoring Chamber events and educational forums.
