NOTICE TO CREDITORS
(Victor L. Bernhardt, Emily J. Bernhardt, and
Emily J. Bernhardt Revocable Living Trust,
Surviving Spouse’s Trust, as
amended and restated)
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of
the Victor L. and Emily J. Bernhardt Revocable
Living Trust, Surviving Spouse’s Trust, as
amended and restated. On August 9, 2002,
Victor L. Bernhardt passed away. On July
8, 2022, Emily J. Bernhardt passed away.
All creditors having claims against Victor L.
Bernhardt, Emily J. Bernhardt, or the Victor
L. and Emily J. Bernhardt Revocable Living
Trust, dated August 26, 1992, or any subtrusts
set forth therein, must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the mailing or the date of first
publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
