Alston Construction begins ground-up construction at Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center

Alston Construction has started construction on Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center.

Designed for flex space multi-tenant use, the 195,000 square foot speculative tilt industrial facility will house up to 10 tenants. With Panattoni Development Co. as the developer, Alston will oversee the entire construction process.

Located at 420 Ingenuity Avenue in Spanish Springs, the building will have multiple jogs on the loading dock side of the facility giving it a unique profile. Construction is scheduled for completion in September.
