Reno office expert named ‘Power Broker’ winner for 14th consecutive year

CoStar Group, Inc., has announced the Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners for the first quarter of 2023. Melissa Molyneaux of Colliers came out on top of the list of awarded brokers for the 14th consecutive quarter in Reno.

In Q2, Molyneaux was involved in three of Reno’s top leasing deals, representing the tenant at 6110 Plumas St., securing a lease for 19,500 square feet in the Meadowood submarket.

In addition, she represented the landlord at 1325 Corporate Blvd., securing a lease for 16,730 square feet in the central/airport submarket, and at 1000 Sandhill Road, securing a lease for 8,089 square feet in the South Meadows submarket.

Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners are determined by their deal volume every quarter, based on price and square footage.
