NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the
4th day of October, 2023, Chandler Jordan,
was duly appointed and qualified by the
above-entitled Court as the Administrator
of the Estate of Jeffrey Wendell McCunn
in a Summary Administration. It was
later determined that the case should be
administered under a General Administration.1
Notice to Creditors to file claims was filed with
the Court on October 17, 2023, and published
on October 25, November 1, and November
8, 2023, which allowed all Creditors having
claims against sixty (60) days to file their
claims.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you
have thirty (30) additional days within which to
file claims against the Estate. If you wish to
file a claim it must be filed with the Second
Judicial District Court, in and for the
County of Washoe, State of Nevada on or
before January 23, 2024.
