Panattoni Development begins ground-up construction

Panattoni Development Co., has started ground-up construction on Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center.

Constructed on 11.2 acres, the 195,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, speculative industrial building is scheduled to be completed in August. Located at 420 Ingenuity Avenue in Sparks, the project will feature 50 feet by 50 feet column spacing, a clear height of 30 feet and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC is the owner of the project with Tectonics Design Group listed as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.

The project is listed with Dickson Commercial Group and will bring much needed inventory to the Northern Nevada industrial market.
