Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the beneficiary under a Transfer on Death
Deed executed by Michelle Lee Brown (herein
Grantor) on the 13th day of January, 2023
and that the Grantor, Michelle Lee Brown,
died on the 9th day of January, 2023, and
had a date of birth of the 18th day of January,
1953. A creditor having a claim against the
Grantor or her estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
