Principals Ale Moncada, CCIM, and Samuel Douglass, CCIM, have opened their new brokerage, Nevada Commercial Group (NVCG).
NVCG is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing sales, leasing, property management, and consulting services for office, retail, industrial, multifamily and land properties throughout Nevada.
Moncada and Douglass brought together two top producing local real estate brokerages, NAI Alliance Carson City and John Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services, to form Nevada Commercial Group.
“While we are a completely separate entity, we are merging some of the best attributes and resources of two strong businesses,” said Moncada.
“Ale and I, along with our team, bring more than 125 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry,” Douglass said. “We are very fortunate that several established brokers and agents will be joining us. We are leveraging the experience of our brokers to build a strong foundation for Nevada Commercial Group.”
NAI Alliance Carson City was owned by Brad Bonkowski, CCIM, and Andie Wilson Bonkowski, CCIM.
Prior to Brad Bonkowski’s death, Andie says he was thrilled when he was approached with the idea.
“Brad thought it was brilliant.” Andie said. “He and I agreed that this puts the strongest brokers in Carson City under one roof. He was so excited for them; I wish he were here to see the grand opening.”
John Uhart, CCIM, owner of John Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services, concurs.
“These two professionals have integrity, knowledge and the skills to reach their goals. It’s wonderful to see two highly successful commercial brokerages join forces.”
The NVCG team will include Moncada, CCIM, Douglass, CCIM, Bonkowski, CCIM, Uhart, CCIM, Bruce Robertson, CCIM, Rocky Joy, Mark Palmer, Bryan Upton, Tiffany Robinson, Robyn Uhart, Cindy Tapp, and Claudia Avila.
