People: Alina Johnson promoted by Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment and Silver State International

Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment and Silver State International announced Alina Johnson has been promoted to leasing general manager for the company’s Idealease and Paclease divisions.

Johnson has served as rental account manager and rental administrator for the Idealease and Paclease divisions for more than three years. During her career with the company, she has been responsible for managing day to day operations of the rental fleet, monitoring preventive maintenance services, warranty work and open campaigns.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual business plan, maintaining facilities and assets, and driving profitable growth.

Johnson earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Mesa Community College in Arizona and has course certifications in rental sales, rental management, and account management.

Johnson previously worked in the service and hospitality industry, restaurant management and bookkeeping. In her free time, she volunteers for VA meal services and VA clothing donation drives.
