People: Caitrianna Bishop promoted by Western Environmental Testing Laboratory

Western Environmental Testing Laboratory announced that Caitrianna Bishop has been named client services manager in an interim position.

With over two years of experience, Bishop previously worked in client services as a sales-carriage driver, where she was responsible for customer service and support to clients, assisting them with their inquiries, giving them tours, and resolving any issues or concerns.

She also helped with various office duties, including scheduling reservations, assisting clients as needed, and coordination of reservations with the manager.

Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Texas A&M University, as well as an Associate of Science from Brookhaven College in Dallas.

In her new role, Bishop will supervise staff and couriers to ensure client satisfaction, assist with courier routes, sample receiving, and bottle kit requests. She will also work with her team to improve processes and increase client retention.
