Montane Building Group begins tenant improvement for Yoga6

Montane Building Group has started construction on a tenant improvement for Yoga6.

Located at 18134 Wedge Parkway in Reno, the project will feature a lobby/retail space, one shower, two restrooms, and a workout studio that will be able to fit 38 yoga mats.

Additionally, the scope of work includes demolishing existing walls and finishes, as well as a custom yoga floor that is unique to the particular workout the studio offers.

Owned by Galena Junction SC LP, construction was scheduled for completion on June 16. This is the second Yoga6 project the firm has been hired to build.
