Lindy Deller, development manager for Panattoni Development Co., and immediate past president of NAIOP Northern Nevada was recognized for “Outstanding Leadership by a Chapter President,” for her work as president of the chapter in 2022.
NAIOP Northern Nevada had several of its members, as well as the chapter itself, honored as part of the annual NAIOP Chapter Merit Awards.
Award winners were recognized during a lunch celebration as part of the 2023 Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat in Washington, D.C.
NAIOP Northern Nevada was awarded “Best Special Event” in the small chapter category. The event honored was the Cirque du Summit Awards Gala in May 2022.

Lindsey Juriaan was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year in the small chapter category.”
Deller has multiple achievements within the chapter having created the Developing Leaders Institute and serving as chair for the Developing Leaders Committee.
She was named as NAIOP Volunteer of the Year in 2018 by NAIOP corporate and currently serves as developing leaders’ representative on the NAIOP corporate executive committee.
Lindsey Juriaan was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year in the small chapter category.”
Juriaan serves as the vice president of Commercial Management at Nevada Commercial Services, Inc. Currently, Juriaan serves as the secretary of the NAIOP Board of Directors.
