People: Shawn Jenkins, Debbie Davis Jenkins named leadership at Eastern Sierra Engineering

Eastern Sierra Engineering has named Shawn Jenkins as president and Debbie Davis Jenkins as vice president of the corporation.

Jenkins has more than 35 years of local engineering experience and has been with ESE for 18 years. He is the principal civil engineer and the office/technical manager for ESEs Northern Nevada and California operations. His responsibilities include project management, client interaction, business development, and quality assurance for the design of airfield projects, highways, roads, site development, utilities, and related activities.

Davis Jenkins has over 30 years of civil design experience and has been with ESE for 17 years.

Debbie Davis Jenkins

 

She manages the civil engineering design group, which encompasses all of ESEs office locations. Her background includes roadway design, streetscape projects, utility relocation, site and utility design, pavement evaluations, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion control and storm water management projects.

Davis Jenkins provides project management, client relations, technical/quality assurance reviews, and is a mentor to design engineers.
