Reno office expert named ‘Power Broker’ winner for 12th consecutive year

CoStar Group, Inc., has announced the Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Melissa Molyneaux came out on top of the list of awarded brokers for the 12th consecutive quarter in Reno. Molyneaux was involved in Reno’s 4Q22 top office leasing deals representing the landlord at 100 W. Liberty St., in the downtown submarket with 11,406 square feet leased and representing the tenant at 449 S. Virginia St., with 5,932 square feet leased.

Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners are determined by their deal volume every quarter, based on price and square footage.
