Amanda Eastwick, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield has received a promotion to director.
Eastwick has nearly two decades of real estate industry experience with nine years specifically in brokerage. She specializes in Northern Nevada’s industrial real estate market, focusing on representing landlords, sellers, tenants, and buyers.
Since recently joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, and amidst the pandemic, Eastwick has completed more than $50 million in transactional value in the Reno market.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Eastwick was a senior advisor at SVN, where she worked for seven years. Her additional career experience also includes working at Reno Property Management, boutique firm John Dermody Ventures, and Silverado Homes, a Northern California/Northern Nevada builder.
She holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is a member associate within the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors working towards her designation. She also belongs to several boards and local charities as an active member of her community.
