Reno office expert named ‘Power Broker’ winner for 13th consecutive year

CoStar Group, Inc., has announced the Power Broker Quarterly Deal winners for the first quarter of 2023.

Melissa Molyneaux of Colliers came out on top of the list of awarded brokers for the 13th consecutive quarter in Reno. In Q1, Molyneaux was involved in Reno’s top office leasing deals representing the tenant at 3700 Grant St., securing a lease for 8,997 square feet in the central/airport submarket. Additionally, Molyneaux represented the landlord at 5190 Neil Road, successfully renewing a 7,740 square foot lease in the Meadowood submarket.
