Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the beneficiary under a Deed Upon
Death executed by Victor Charles Smith
(herein Grantor) on the 13th day of October
2022, and that the Grantor died on the 17th
day of October 2022, and had a date of birth
of the 3rd day of February 1950. A creditor
having a claim against the Grantor, or his
respective estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
