Broadbent & Associates, Inc. welcomes David Brickey as its newest senior geologist III.
Brickey brings extensive experience to the firm and will be responsible for developing GIS databases for abandoned mine lands.
Brickey holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in geology from the University of Maryland and Penn State University. He is a member of the Geological Society of America and URISA and joins Broadbent from TerraSpectra Geomatics, a company that he co-founded and remains as a senior associate.
Brickey has spent the past 21 years documenting uranium mining during the World War II and Cold War era and the subsequent reclamation of abandoned mine lands on the Navajo nation.
