Schultz Financial Group, a fee-only wealth management firm that provides services primarily to high-net-worth clients, is proud to announce an exciting change in our ownership structure, solidifying our commitment to sustained growth and exceptional service. Effective January 1, 2023, two longstanding and accomplished team members, Jennifer Specter and Alyssa Dalbey, assumed co-ownership of the firm, further enhancing our dedication to our clients and our vision for the future.
Jennifer Specter has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, including more than 10 years with Charles Schwab Advisor Services in a variety of roles, from client relationship management to program management with Schwab’s Business Consulting Services group. Jennifer worked with Cruz Consulting Group as a consultant to financial advisory firms on business management topics before she joined SFG as their COO and Chief Compliance Officer. She manages our business operations and our firm’s overall productivity and efficiency.
Alyssa Dalbey, CPWA®, CFP® is a Wealth Manager and has over seven years of experience delivering wealth management services to clients by creating financial and investment plans that cater to individual client goals. Her educational background places an emphasis on estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Together with our founders and current owners, Russ and Vicki Schultz, they are instrumental in ensuring our clients continue to receive the top-tier financial advisory services they have come to expect from Schultz Financial Group.
Russ Schultz, the founder of Schultz Financial Group, felt it was very important to do an internal succession versus selling to a third party. He expresses his enthusiasm for this transition: “I'm thrilled to have Jennifer and Alyssa join me in leading our firm. Their dedication, skills, and shared commitment to our clients’ financial success have made them the ideal choice to take the helm alongside me."
