Valued at $1.6 million, the tenant improvements will stimulate economic growth by generating numerous job opportunities in the construction industry.
The project will consist of interior and exterior improvements to 3,000 square feet of space. Owned by Red Rock 136, LLC, the building features a 32-foot clear height, ESFR fire suppression systems, and 52 x 50-foot column space.
