N.R.S. 108.310, Ryan J. Earl, Esq., on behalf
of NVMHP, LLC, aka North Valley Mobile
Home Park, 548 W. Plumb Lane, B, Reno,
Nevada, Lien Claimant, on October 23, 2023
at 8:00 a.m., will sell a 1962 Great Lakes 40’ x
10’ mobile home, Serial Number 40F2XS3030,
pursuant to a Notice of Claim of Lien dated August
4, 2023 on the above described manufactured
home for default of payment of rent. Sale
of this manufactured home will occur at 7830
N. Virginia St., Space #51, Reno, Nevada,
89506 at the time and date above mentioned.
Sale will be made without warranty, express or
implied, for the purpose of satisfying the unpaid
amount of the lien, additional accrued unpaid
rent and late charges plus costs incurred.
The total amount due for unpaid rent, late fees,
and costs of sale and advertising is $2,500.00.
