Kidder Mathews has welcomed valuation advisory specialist Kyle Brown as senior vice president.
He brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial and agricultural appraisal. Based in Reno, he also serves markets in the northwest.
Brown’s appraisal experience includes a variety of commercial properties (retail, office, industrial, multifamily) and agricultural properties (row crops, ranches, rural residential, greenhouses, vineyards, etc.)
He has worked on numerous proposed developments and specialty properties including airports, schools, churches, senior living facilities, conservation easements, eminent domain assignments, and farm labor housing projects for seasonal workers.
His clients include attorneys, public agencies, nonprofit entities, private property owners, estates, and financial institutions. He is also qualified as an expert witness in Monterey County.
Brown holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, demonstrating his nuanced understanding of commercial property valuation and his commitment to sound and ethical professional practice.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Brown was a general appraiser at Stephen Brown Associates, Inc. in Salinas.
