Construction Manager at Risk
Invitation to Bid
Nevada Rural Housing Authority, a local
government entity, is requesting qualifications
(RFQ) from general contractors interested
in participating as a Construction Manager
at Risk (CMAR) for two affordable housing
projects. The first project, Passmore Place,
is new construction of senior apartments
consisting of 21 one-bedroom units with an
office and maintenance shop contained with
two one-story buildings located in Carlin, NV
(Elko County). The second project, Yerington
Manor, is a rehabilitation project of an existing
52-unit senior apartment complex in seven
one-story buildings in Yerington, NV (Lyon
County). Contractors may submit qualifications
for both projects or for only one of the two
