ADELINE (NANCY) B. FLOWERS
NOTICE is hereby given that Tina M. Kuffel and Patricia Ann Flowers are the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustees of The Nancy B. Flowers 2015 Revocable Living Trust dated May 20, 2015. The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, Adeline (Nancy) B. Flowers died on February 13, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
