PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance
with the Notice of Lien filed by CH Realty IXLegacy
MHC Reno Lucky Lane LP, the owner
of the property located at 313 Lucky Lane,
Reno, Nevada 89502, dated on or about May
10, 2024, the manufactured home, mobile
home or commercial coach described below
will be sold at public auction to satisfy the lien
claimed:
Year: 1988; Make: Champion;
Model: Parkridge Size: 66 ft. x 14 ft.
Serial #: 1681376565
The lien was claimed to satisfy amounts owed
for rent charges incurred by LAMONT KELLER
or PATRICIA KELLER. The sale will take place
on the 12th day of September 2024, at the
hour of 8:30 a.m. at the following location:
313 Lucky Lane, Reno, Nevada 89502.
The lien may be satisfied prior to sale by
payment of the following amounts:
$1,314.56 – Amount originally claimed in the
Notice of Lien
$3,178.24 – Accrued charges (Describe:
Additional Rent)
$1,552.50 – Costs of sale (Describe: Filing
Fees, Publication Costs, Certified Mail &

sale. Bids must be paid by cash or cashier’s
check at the time of sale and made payable
to CH Realty IX-Legacy MHC Reno Lucky
Lane LP. You may contest the validity of the
lien by filing a Notice of Opposition in the
Justice Court on the form provided by the
Justice Court, or you may use any other
legal procedure available to you (see NRS
108.350). The procedures for contesting this
lien are set forth in NRS 108.350 and NRS
108.355.
