NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF NICHOLAS TEDESCO
NOTICE is hereby given that Michael
Tedesco, is the duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of The Nicholas Tedesco
Living Trust Dated May 28, 2020. The Grantor/
Settlor of the Trust, Nicholas Tedesco died on
October 19, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first
publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
