IN THE MATTER OF DAVID WALLEMAN
AND JANET WALLEMAN
NOTICE is hereby given that Merle Dean
Walleman is the duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of The Walleman Family
Revocable Trust dated April 30, 2021. The
Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, Janet Walleman
died on December 6, 2023, and the Grantor/
Settlor of the Trust, David A. Walleman died
on December 18, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first
publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
