NOTICE is hereby given that Kimberly A. Gutierrez-Mattias is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of The John L. Gutierrez Revocable Trust dated June 24, 1994 (restated August 15, 2024). The Grantor/Settlor of the Trust, John L. Gutierrez, died on October 28, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
