NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of November, 2024, Carlos Camargo and Yolanda Villanueva, were duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court as Co-Administrators of the Estate of Maria Guadalupe Landeros. All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claims with the Second Judicial District Court, in and for the County of Washoe, State of Nevada within sixty (60) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
