NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE JERRY M. GRIFFITH LIFETIME TRUST, dated September 4, 2014. Trustor/Trustee of that Trust, namely, Jerry M. Griffith, having died on November 26, 2024. Any creditor having a claim Jerry M. Griffith or the Trust estate must file the claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
