Basin Street Properties announces ACS Group has signed a lease at 50 West Liberty Street in downtown Reno.
The property consists of two towers, one 12-story and one four-story with a large lobby connecting the towers. Together they are 249,349 square feet of Class A office space.
The building has on-site, covered parking with security during business hours five days a week. The building is in immediate proximity to City Hall, the County Courthouse, and the Federal Court Building.
