F45 Training opens new location in South Reno

F45 Training South Reno opened their newest location in the Sierra Town Center on Feb. 3.

Locally owned and operated by the Hillyard family, F45 Training offers 45-minute group fitness training with the attention of accredited personal trainers.

F45 also provides wellness, health and longevity solutions for its members, including FIt3D whole body scans. The new location is at 6815 Sierra Center Parkway, Suite 100 in Reno.
