People: Tim Schaedler expands role at Panattoni

Panattoni Development Co. announced company veteran and acting Northern California partner Tim Schaedler has expanded his territory to include Nevada.

This appointment follows Doug Roberts, the current Nevada partner, taking on the role of Panattoni’s president, National Development Group, and a member of the company’s investment committee.

Schaedler brings two decades of experience with the company since joining in 2004. During his tenure, Schaedler has managed more than $1.5 billion in speculative and build-to-suit projects.

His responsibilities will include leading a team across three offices, overseeing investment underwriting, due diligence, financing, development entitlements, architectural design, construction budgets, lease negotiations, and dispositions.

Schaedler’s extensive background covers land entitlement, development, construction, and leasing of office and industrial projects, spanning more than 23 years.
