NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
undersigned is the duly appointed and
qualified Trustee of the Mary Anne Lord-Ferrari
Revocable Trust, dated November 16, 2014,
and as Amended April 7, 2015, (the “Trust”).
Mary Anne Lord-Ferrari, the settlor of said
Trust, died on July 9, 2023. A creditor having a
claim against the decedent, or the trust estate
must file their claim with the undersigned at
the address given below within 90 days after
the first publication of this notice.
