Panattoni announces tenant improvement project

Panattoni Development Co., announced a tenant improvement project within Ingenuity 200 for Cleaner Supply.

The tenant improvement work will include an office with racking within the warehouse. Located in Sparks, the office space will total 2,075 square feet within a 78,000 square foot suite.

The project will help bring in more jobs for a local distributor. Construction will run alongside completion of the shell.
