Colliers’ Brad Idleman and Kevin Moul represented the sellers, and Seagate Properties and RGA ReCap Incorporated on behalf of Reinsurance Group of America in the transaction.
The seven building, 584,833 square-foot portfolio located at 810-830 and 910-990 Meredith Way, 1400-1440 and 1420-1470 Kleppe Lane, 980-988 and 990-996 Packer Way in Sparks, is home to 23 tenants and was 96 percent occupied at time of sale.
