ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming a lien or liens under the provision of NRS 108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, upon that real property in Washoe County, Nevada, described as follows:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-named Intervenor- Plaintiffs Western Partitions, Inc., and Mt. Rose Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. have commenced an action on a Statement of Facts Constituting Liens and Complaint in Intervention against the above-named Intervenor-Defendants Reno City Center Owner, LLC, Reno City Center, LLC, and Luxe Industries, LLC to enforce the below-listed notices of lien:
1) Amended Notice of Lien recorded by Western Partitions,
Inc. on August 25, 2023, as Doc #5402165 in the Office of the
Washoe County Recorder, in the total amount of
$1,811,915.02, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
2) Amended Notice of Lien recorded by Mt. Rose Heating & Air
Conditioning, Inc. on August 28, 2023, as Doc #5402530
in the Office of the Washoe County Recorder, in the total
amount of $17,128.18, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
3) Amended Notice of Lien recorded by Mt. Rose Heating & Air
Conditioning, Inc. on August 28, 2023, as Doc #5402533
in the Office of the Washoe County Recorder, in the total
amount of $209,920.73, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
4) Amended Notice of Lien recorded by Mt. Rose Heating & Air
Conditioning, Inc. on August 28, 2023, as Doc #5402534
in the Office of the Washoe County Recorder, in the total
amount of $249,850.00, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
All persons holding or claiming liens under the provisions of NRS 108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, on any of the above-described premises, are hereby notified to file written statements of the facts constituting their liens, together with the date and amounts thereof, with the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Washoe, and to serve the same on the Intervenor- Plaintiffs in care of Philip Mannelly, Esq. of McDonald Carano LLP, 100 W. Liberty St., 10th Floor, Reno, Nevada 89501, and also on all other Parties listed in the below Certificate of Service, within a reasonable time after the date of the last publication of this Notice.
