MBG completes tenant improvements for Regus

Montane Building Group has completed a tenant improvement project for Regus.

The project, located at 9805 Double R Blvd., third floor, in Reno, began on Sept. 1, 2023, and was completed as scheduled on March 1.

This project represents one of the largest tenant improvements undertaken by Montane Building Group, spanning an entire floor of the building and covering 24,633 square feet.

The suite includes 113 offices of varying sizes, all available for rent. The scope of work involved the demolition of 10 existing offices, ceiling and existing finishes.

The project also included the installation of new lighting, power and data locations, new finishes throughout and comprehensive mechanical work.
