United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra has announced the promotion of Kelly Burrows to director of resource development, and Jacqueline Santoro as director of community impact operations.
Burrows is a dynamic leader with a diverse background spanning operations, team management, and nonprofit development.
In her previous role at Pacific Dental Services, she was announced as an Xtraordinary Performer Award winner.
At UWNNS as senior manager of resource development, she saw growth in workplace campaigns year over year and brings innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.
Now, as director of development, Burrows is poised to leverage her skill set to cultivate meaningful relationships and steward donors, propelling UWNNS to new heights in fundraising and community impact.
Santoro previously served in the Navy where she worked in various healthcare facilities in diverse locations such as Florida, Japan, and Spain.
During her time in the military, she was involved in many community efforts at each duty station, facilitating a seamless transition into UWNNS’ mission and values.
In her role as director of community impact operations, she will ensure the successful operation and ongoing implementation of UWNNS’ community impact programs.
